Several children were hurt after a vehicle rolled over on I-95 Tuesday evening.

A vehicle carrying six children and three adults flipped on the interstate in Fort Lauderdale after the driver sideswiped a tractor trailer and lost control.

While none of the children were thrown from the vehicle, there are serious, but not life-threatening, injuries, FHP Sgt. Mark Wysocky said.

The crash happened in the southbound lanes, which are now open again.
