The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for all of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties until 10 p.m. today.

Rain is expected to blanket South Florida throughout the afternoon and evening, leaving between one and three inches of rain. The weather service warns that flooding is possible in any part of the watch area and for residents to be cautious.
