Miami police detectives were working to identify a body found on Biscayne Bay near the American Airlines Arena Wednesday morning.
A person walking their dog about 9 a.m. spotted the dead male floating on the bay near 900 Biscayne Blvd., in downtown Miami, and notified police.
A yellow tarp, held to the dock by four rocks on each corner, covered the body. A police photographer videotaped the scene.
