Drake breaks silence about brawl

 

Drake is breaking his silence about his alleged involvement in a violent bar brawl with Chris Brown last week that left several people injured, massive property damage and lots of unanswered questions.

The Take Care rapper took the stage at Jones Beach in Long Island, N.Y., on Saturday, where he alluded to last Thursday’s events at W.i.P. nightclub linking him and his entourage to the bottle-bashing melee.

According to The New York Daily News, Drake said, “When I woke up this morning, I had to think about a lot of things,” and added that all he cared about was being in New York City.

The club was shut down by law enforcement officials.

Brown was hurt in the brawl, which also injured NBA star Tony Parker, model Lucy Pavlovsky, Brown’s bodyguard and numerous others.
