In sunnier news, CBS4 meteorologist Lissette Gonzalez is engaged, she reports on her Facebook page. It was a birthday surprise and happened Wednesday night. “The best birthday gift ever ... @ Antonio Chinchilla proposed and of course I said yes! We are engaged to be married and so happy and in love! Feeling very blessed and grateful for this precious moment in our lives,” she wrote.

Gonzalez, a former beauty queen, tells us that Chinchilla works as a “Latin America senior analyst for a multinational information technology corporation.”
