Curb Your Enthusiasm star Cheryl Hines is thisclose to breaking up with Robert Kennedy Jr., 58, because the 48-year-old actress (and Miami Beach native) reportedly feels guilty over his ex-wife Mary’s May 16 suicide, reports The National Enquirer.

An insider source told the tabloid that Hines knew the Kennedys’ divorce battle was bitter but didn’t realize that Mary’s jealousy over the new relationship could have been the thing that sent her over the edge. It is unclear how Kennedy met Hines, but the activist lives in L.A. now and his daughter Kathleen is an aspiring actress.
