Andie MacDowell is the latest aging celeb to come under fire for getting some medical enhancement.

The actress, 54, just announced she’ll star in the Hallmark Channel’s first prime-time series, playing a municipal court judge in Cedar Grove. At a recent appearance, tongues wagged that her plump face was the result of fillers, aka injections of her own fat. Or maybe it due to steroids? That was Ashley Judd’s excuse.
