Rihanna does love her bad boys. Spies report seeing the 24-year-old Barbadian with New York Knick J.R. Smith over the weekend at LIV. Last month she was spotted sitting on the 26-year-old player’s lap in a NYC club.
Does the singer know his past? Among the NBA guard’s most recent offenses: getting popped on Washington Avenue last Thursday because of a prior bench warrant for driving without a valid license (Smith bonded out the next morning). In March, the NBA fined him $25K for Tweeting a photo of rear-end model Tahiry Jones’ major asset while she was watching TV in his Milwaukee hotel room. Smith was at least repentant, saying later: “I didn’t know it was going to be as big deal as it is now. I just have to be smarter in my decisions.”
Time sharing
If you’re going to go through a breakup, summer’s the ideal season. Page Six reports that Delray Beach entrepreneur Nick Loeb is getting over Sofia Vergara by taking a sweet share house in Southampton. Jersey Shore, it’s not. According to the paper, Loeb has been seen around various Hamptons spots, and attended the launch of former Niche Media CEO Jason Binn’s magazine, Du Jour.
As for Sofia, she showed up solo Tuesday in London to pick up Comedy Actress of the Year for her role in Modern Family at UK Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards.
