Ryan Reynolds to the rescue? Blake Lively was issued a restraining order against a man who was reportedly looking for her outside the set of Gossip Girl, The New York Daily News reports. The fan’s name is Sergei Mifle, a bit actor, who made repeated contact with Lively’s mother Elaine telling her he wanted to help her troubled daughter. “I don’t know her personally, but I know her, and I don’t want to see her go the way of Lindsay Lohan. Her mind seems set on self-destruction,’’ he told the newspaper.
