The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company said Wednesday that it has reorganized its Florida operations, consolidating the former Independence Financial Network Florida and South Florida offices into a single entity, based in Miami.

The new IFN Florida Region has 750 brokers, and is headed by Regional Director Carlos M. Musibay.

Penn Mutual said the region will have two distinct sales divisions, one focused on retirement and estate planning and the other on foreign national business.
