Weather alert: After fog clears, clouds will remain

South Florida is getting a mid-week break from the heavy rain, but not from early morning fog. The mist and fog is predicted to clear up after sunrise.

There is a 20 percent chance of rain after 8 a.m., with clouds lingering through the day. High temperature will be in the high-70s.

Forecasters expect a 40 percent chance of rain in the evening, with temperatures dropping to the high-60s.
