The Marlins announced that, with the exception of Opening Night, single-game tickets for the 2012 season will go on sale March 3.

Due to high demand for the April 4 opener, the team is conducting an online registration process for those wishing to purchase tickets to the team’s first game in its new ballpark.

Fans can register for tickets to the season-opener through Feb. 20 at marlins.com/openingnight. After the registration window closes, fans will be selected at random based on available inventory. Selection does not guarantee tickets, however.

In addition, the team also announced that tickets to the two exhibition games against the New York Yankees on April 1 and 2 will goon sale Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. Fans will be able to purchase tickets exclusively online at marlins.com.
