A Thursday night dinner and celebration of the unveiling of the new restaurant, Bianca, at the Delano, featured a performance by trumpeter Chris Botti – a welcome departure from the usual rappers and whatnot, as well as appearances by Mickey Rourke and his new, uh, look, Michelle Rodriguez, Alex Rodriguez, Selita Ebanks, Sammy Sosa and a former Entourage star, Kevin Connolly, with his own sizeable posse in tow. Rourke, in fact, even showed up with a new hairstyle. Word is the stylists from Keratin Complex/ Sean Donaldson Salon had sheared him earlier that night so he could sport a buzz cut to the party. We also noticed there was lots of buzz coming from Rourke’s cellphone that night.

Flo Rida was seen spending time at Skybar at Shore Club on Tuesday, where he grabbed a few drinks at the bar before heading out for the night.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan had dinner Tuesday night at Prime 112 with a large group. Emilio was polite enough to pose for pictures while waiting to use the men’s room. Later that night, Dr. Dre dined with the main man of Miami’s hip-hop mafia, Rick Ross and DJ Khaled. Capping it all off, the sceney steakhouse was the spot for a private dinner for Ricki Lake that same night.

Daymond John was seen shopping Tuesday at South Beach’s Bodymindtravel. The creator of the FUBU clothing line currently seen as a panelist on the ABC reality show Shark Tank bought a Samsonite.

Bill Gates had a typically low-key solo dinner last week at Azul at the Mandarin Oriental.

The Philadelphia Flyers stopped by Café Martorano Monday night before taking on the Florida Panthers Tuesday.

N.Y. Giants’ star safety and Miami native Antrel Rolle decided to make a quick visit to his hometown before he heads to Indianapolis for the Super Bowl. Rolle, who was in town for less than 24 hours, was seen driving a yellow Lamborghini around town, eventually parking it at RED, The Steakhouse, where he was seen with a table of friends including several, says our source, “hot Miami chicas.”
