Tasty treats, shopping and learning about horticulture were all on the agenda at the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden’s International Chocolate Festival in Coral Gables on Sunday, Jan. 22. The annual event included chocolate tastings, vendors and demonstrations explaining the life cycle of a cacao plant and how it ends up in a bar of chocolate.
