Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry accused of battery

Nannygate, once again? Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry has been accused of battery and criminal child endangerment, TMZ first reported. Documents acquired by the site confirm that the model, 36, got so annoyed with the nanny of the ex couple’s child Nahla that he got violent with her.

According to the court documents, the incident happened last week when Aubry decided to keep the 3-year-old of school, without telling the caretaker, who arrived to pick the little girl up, and panicked. When the nanny confronted Aubry at his home, he yelled and cursed at her that it was none of her business what he did with Nahla and reportedly pushed her out of the door.

Berry was expected to report to court on Tuesday.
