Luis Delgado appeared a little deflated in bond court Thursday after a Hollywood police officer she said caught him in the act of letting the air out of the tires of her patrol car in the driveway of her Plantation home.

Delgado, 45, used a key Wednesday to flatten three of the tires, according to the police report.

He had previous arrests for indecent exposure and weapons violations.

Delgado, charged this time with criminal mischief, posted $100 bond and was released Thursday night from the Broward County Jail.
