Halle Berry is ready to take the plunge again. The Oscar winning actress is engaged to French hunk Olivier Martinez. UsWeekly reports that the the 46-year-old actor, who is probably best known for seducing Diane Lane in Unfaitful, proposed around the holidays. They met on the set of the upcoming movie, Dark Tide.

Berry has been to the altar twice before. First there was baseball player Dave Justice , who was reportedly abusive. Berry got hitched to singer Eric Benet in 2001, only to separate two years later after he admitted he was a sex addict.

Halle decided not to do the deed again with model boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, with whom she has a 3-year-old daughter, Nahla. The two are still hashing out a custody agreement after splitting in 2010.

Martinez used to be in a relationship with Aussie pop star and breast cancer survivor Kylie Minogue. They split in 2007.
