Fisheries researchers at Nova Southeastern University need the angling public’s help to conduct a blackfin tuna tagging study. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission reminds anglers that snook harvest season in the Atlantic, as well as Lake Okeechobee and the Kissimmee River, is closed and will reopen Feb. 1.
