• An article on Page 4B Sunday on a small plane landing on Sheridan Street gave an incorrect location for North Perry Airport. It is in Pembroke Pines, west of Hollywood.
• A headline incorrectly described the citizenship status of Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin in an article on Page 6B Wednesday. Saverin is a permanent resident of Singapore, but was born in Brazil.
• A photo caption in a story about aneurysms, which appeared in Sunday’s Health Report section, gave the wrong name of the medical facility where Bernadette Fields had a pipeline stent procedure. She had the procedure done at Jackson Memorial Medical Center.
