Beyonce took a bath — on a Miami Beach apartment used just for cabana purposes. According to public records, first obtained by TMZ, the pregnant singer bought a $465,000, 190 square foot studio in the Green Diamond condominium in 2002. In early November, B unloaded the teeny thing for $110,000, 25K less than her asking price. Why not keep it? She could have used it as a nursery or a nanny hangout.
Her net worth is about $300 million, so just a drop in the bucket.
But more bad news: Beyonce was slapped with a $100 million lawsuit from video game company Gate Five, which alleges she pulled out of a project. The deal was made in June 2010 for a game called ’Starpower: Beyonce.’’ Bey’s legal team applied to have the case thrown out at the Manhattan Supreme Court, but a judge ruled Gate Five can move forward with the lawsuit.
