Truffle time at Beach restaurants

 

If white truffles are your kind of indulgence, three Miami Beach restaurants want you to know they’ve got you covered:

Quattro Gastronomia Italiana, 1014 Lincoln Rd., offers tableside shavings at market price ($25-$30 per gram), and features white truffles in dishes such as fonduta tartufata con crostini with poached egg and toasted croutons ($24) and veal scaloppini in truffle butter sauce with asparagus and cauliflower ($38); 305-531-4833, www.quattromiami.com.

Scarpetta at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, 4441 Collins Ave., has two truffle pastas, agnolotti dal plin and tagliolini ($90 each) plus a supplemental truffle shaving ($75); 305-674-4660, www.fontainebleau.com.
