Coconut Grove visitors center turning out to be controversial


A proposed Biscayne National Park visitors center for the Coconut Grove waterfront is turning out to be a controversial subject in the village. Some love it, some hate it.

The center blocks water access and is not part of the Waterfront Master Plan completed in 2008. Meetings to discuss the issue have been planned for this week.
