COCONUT GROVE

Mad Hatter is back for Grove Halloween weekend

Coconut Grove's zany Mad Hatter Arts Festival is back this year with much more in store. Along with the creative arts and crafts for sale there will also be a chalk painting festival and an en plein air event.

En Plein Air is when artists set up around town and paint out in public. The chalk festival is common all throughout Florida, but this is the first one in the Miami area.
