The time has come for those who have been waiting for the opportunity to buy a brand-new home in West Kendall. Lennar, one of the nation’s leading home builders, is introducing one of its newest communities, Garden Estates at Kendall.

From the moment visitors drive up to Garden Estates at Kendall, on SW 120th Street and 157th Avenue, they will be greeted by lush tropical palm trees and exquisite Mediterranean-style home elevations. In this community, buyers can choose from seven spacious townhome floor plans ranging from three to four bedrooms, two and one-half baths, family room and/or breakfast area and garage. Priced from $209,990 to $259,990, the homes include Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” features and upgrades at no additional cost. Currently, there are homes ready for immediate move-in and the builder has excellent savings to offer on the select homes, says a Lennar spokesperson.

When visiting Garden Estates at Kendall, buyers can tour the decorated townhome models that currently are available for sale.

Townhome buyers can also want to inquire about purchasing their new Lennar home with no down payment and zero closing costs. The program is only available until funds run out, therefore, buyers are encouraged to act now before it’s gone, says the spokesperson.

Garden Estates at Kendall also offers single-family homes. Currently there are eight distinct floor plan designs to choose from ranging from four to five bedrooms, two and one-half baths to four and one-half baths, family room and/or breakfast area, loft and two-car garage. The single-family homes are priced from $274,990 up to $389,990, and right now there are builder savings available on ready-to-move-in homes and buyers pay no closing costs, says the spokesperson.

Living in Garden Estates in the Kendall area offers the conveniences of suburban Miami. Country Walk is only minutes away and the brand-new London Square offers plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. The 450,000-square-foot shopping center is at the corner of SW 137th Avenue and 120th Street and is anchored by T.J. Maxx/Homegoods, Ross Dress For Less, Party City, Dollar Tree, Anna’s Linens and Costco.

“You may never see a better time to buy a new home than right now. There are large savings on home prices, low interest rates, and especially the zero down opportunity currently available,” says Carlos Gonzalez, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida division.

Lennar’s Garden Estates at Kendall is an Everything’s Included Homes community. Buyers can trust they’ll get all the extras at no extra charge, says Gonzalez.

Luxury features include 18-inch ceramic tile in a choice of decorator colors, wood kitchen and bath cabinets, GE appliance package that includes refrigerator, electric range with built-in oven, built-in microwave and super capacity washer and dryer. Every Lennar home comes with a builder’s warranty.
