Total Assessed Value (2009): $3,245,407 or $63.47 per square foot of building area, or $19.60 per square foot of total land area.

Financing: No financing reported.

The warehouse was built in 1972 and is situated on 3.8 acres. Previous sales reported were in July 2002 for $2.06 million and in September 1999 for $1.85 million.
