SPORTSCASTERS POLL

Vote for your favorite sportscasters

bjackson@herald.com

The last time The Miami Herald conducted a sportscaster poll, Tony Segreto was anchoring local sports, Pat Summerall was calling NFL games with John Madden, and Hank Goldberg was venting on talk radio.

So we figured it was time for another poll!

Pick your best and worst in 17 categories in this online survey.

Also, add comments on the candidates by e-mailing them to bjackson@miamiherald.com. If you have a comment, please include your full name, hometown and a phone number to reach you. We couldn't include everybody on the ballot, but feel free to e-mail candidates.

Some comments will run in the story with the results.

We limited the poll to active sportscasters, meaning we did not include Madden (who retired), Tony Kornheiser (who has left ESPN's Monday Night Football) and Denis Potvin (who was dropped as the Panthers TV analyst).
