JUNE 23, 2008: Former Miami Heat basketball player Rasual Butler, 29, was arrested in Miami Beach and charged with carrying a concealed firearm and wrongful display of a firearm.
2002: Kevin Ferguson, also known as Kimbo Slice, was arrested in Miami Beach, charged with a gun charge and an open-container violation. Ferguson is a star of Mixed Martial Arts fighting, known for his intimidating demeanor and popular YouTube videos.
MAY 15, 2006: Miami city commissioner Johnny Winton is shown after his arrest on following an altercation at Miami International Airport. Winton was charged June 19, 2006 with two felony counts of battery on a police officer and disorderly intoxication, a misdemeanor. Police said Winton was intoxicated and allegedly got into a fight with airport police after his flight was canceled. Police in Manalapan, which is in Palm Beach County, were called to the home of the 51-year-old musician, whose legal name is John Christopher, after his girlfriend called 911 from a locked bathroom, according to a police report.
