Coordinator Checklist and Tips

- The color photograph, submitted both electronically and original hard copy photo to be attached by a paper clip to the Entry Form. Electronic photograph must be submitted in a jpeg format and with a required 300 dpi.

- Attach a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 pages (front side only) of support documentation
- General Scholarship nominees MUST include 5 copies of their official high school transcript and test scores such as SAT, ACT and AP exams.
- Include Faculty Recommendation Letter on school letterhead and original signature.
- Collect all signatures on the Certification Form: Nominee, Parent/Guardian, Coordinator and Principal
- Each application must be submitted on-line and LOCKED by January 25th 11:59PM by the coordinator prior to in-person submission and stamped FINAL.
- Make four (4) copies of the original application. FINAL application must be LOCKED on-line and stamped FINAL with date.
- Our schedule for accepting applications in person is as follows: Thursday, January 28, 2010 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM and Friday, January 29, 2010 - 8:30AM - 3:00PM.

- Begin on-line application early! You must lock application upon completion. Once it is locked, FINAL date and time will print on application. Online application must be locked and stamped by January 25, 2010 11:59PM.
- All students must have a minimum GPA of 3.2
- All students must appear in person for Judging or they will be disqualified
- APPLICATION DEADLINE – JANUARY 29. Applications will be received on January 28 and 29. ON-LINE Application deadline is January 25, 2010 11:59PM.
