Cuba may get another loan from Russia, says the Russian Transport Minister Igor Levitin. He was speaking in the wake of the talks in Havana with the Deputy Cuban Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrizas. Levitin pointed out that that the Russia Government thus seeks to support Russian export-oriented companies.
