Gym rat: I've always been a gym rat. When I was young I did ballet and I would take exercise classes. I was at the gym six days a week, three hours a day. I worked out with a group of guys and Judge Alex was one of them. Now he wears robes so it's hard to tell if he still works out.

Long hours: I just got led into personal training as a part-time job and and one thing led to another. I work six days a week, almost 12 hours a day. I start training clients at 7 in the morning.

My turn: I do my workouts four days a week plus I train with friends on weekends. I work with a trainer one day. He pushes me more than I'd push myself. I work different muscle groups each day: legs and shoulder; chest and triceps; back and biceps. I try to do cardio a few times a week.

From 26.2 to 13.1: I used to do marathons but now I'm doing half-marathons. I've done all six of the Miami half-marathons. I think I'm over the full. It's not so much running the full as it is training. The training lasts six months. You're in bed at 7 p.m. and up at 3 a.m. for those long runs. I'm so over that. I've done six fulls and 18 halfs. I started doing those races when I was 57.

More chocolate, please: I eat pretty healthy, lots of protein, and I'm a chocoholic. That's my downfall.
