Up and at 'em: I get up and do 30 push-ups and 100 sit-ups. Then I do aerobics. I alternate between Jane Fonda and Kathy Smith. After that I walk four miles with my husband, and then I walk another four miles. We walk in the rain or snow, as long as the roads are clear.
Lost, found: You wouldn't believe how much money we find when we're out walking. We put it in an envelope and anonymously donate it to the Humane Society in Utica. When I'm here in Miami, I donate to the Humane Society here. My daughter has a dachshund.
Bring it on: I eat regular food -- fruits, vegetables and just about anything. And I love sweets. That's why I work out so much.
Guilty pleasure: Ice cream.
Staying sharp: I do crossword puzzles and I read a lot of magazines like Good Housekeeping and Woman's World. And I like TV game shows, especially Family Feud and The Price is Right.
Go Giants: I love football. I'd love to see the Giants win the Super Bowl. I know it's a long shot. New England is tough. It would be a good upset. Down here, I have to be for the Dolphins. They're lucky they won that one game.
