    Aquinas wins regional swim meet

    Waite leads S. Plantation past Plantation

    With the game, the Mayor's Cup and its playoff hopes on the line, South Plantation turned to a senior leader to get the job done.

    The Paladins (6-4, 2-2 District 10-6A) put the ball in the sure hands of Meshach Waite and he delivered, rushing for 59 of his team-high 83 yards on the final drive of the game and sealing the 20-7 win with a 38-yard rumble into the end zone Friday.
