Es probable que el presidente electo, Barack Obama, considere levantar el embargo contra Cuba. Académicos muy allegados a él, en mi antigua ciudad de Chicago, me han confirmado su intención. Según ellos, ese levantamiento de ninguna manera se tomaría a la ligera, ya que existe el compromiso de consultar e incluir a los líderes de nuestra comunidad en cualquier acercamiento.
