20 migrants come ashore at Hillsboro Beach; 1 dead, another sent to hospital

A smuggling operation from Haiti left one person dead, one in the hospital and 18 others in Border Patrol custody. Authorities say they have found no evidence that the bodies of four men found floating in the ocean are related to the smuggling.
